How to Install the Lifeguard App on iOS

Lifeguard is a scam protection and anti-phishing utility designed to keep your messages and calls safe. Follow this guide to get it set up on your iPhone or iPad.

Step 1: Open the App Store Link

You can access the app directly through your mobile browser or by searching:

  • Direct Link: Tap here: Lifeguard App on the App Store.

  • Manual Search: Open the App Store and search for "Lifeguard App". Look for the one developed by Lifeguard Technology with the blue and white shield icon.

Step 2: Download the App

  1. On the Lifeguard app page, tap the Get button.

    • Note: If you see a Cloud icon instead, you have downloaded it before; just tap it to re-install.

  2. Confirm the Install:

    • Face ID: Double-click the side button when prompted.

    • Touch ID/Passcode: Place your finger on the Home button or enter your Apple Account password.

  3. Wait for the progress circle to finish.

Step 3: Open the App

  1. Open the Lifeguard app from your Home Screen.

  2. Follow the onboarding screens to set up features like Scam Call Blocking or Personal Data Removal.

  • System Version: Ensure your device is running iOS 18.5 or later (as required by the latest version of the app).

  • Privacy First: Lifeguard is designed to be "Private by Design." According to the App Store listing, the developer does not collect any data from this app.
