1. Open the settings app on your Android Phone (on most phones you can open the phone app and tap the three dots ᎒ or three lines 𑁔 )

2. You should see options for Caller ID &amp; Spam, Scam Detection, and Call Screen - click into each one and follow the instructions below to set them correctly

3. Toggle Caller ID &amp; spam "ON"

5. If you have "Call Screen" option, toggle this "OFF" (not all Android phones will have this option)

6. Scroll down and find the "Voicemail" option. Toggle the Visual Voicemail option "OFF"
